Overview

TKS is a forward-thinking environmental services company focused on sustainable waste management, plastic recycling, and smart agriculture. As part of their hiring expansion, they needed a dedicated Recruit page that could effectively communicate their mission, workplace culture, and job opportunities to attract passionate new talent — especially younger generations.

Role

I was in charge of building the Recruit page, focusing on both technical execution and user experience. My responsibilities included:

• Designed a clear and organized layout to present company introduction, job listings, employee messages, work environment, and application process.
• Ensured logical content flow and accessibility across all devices.
• Fully responsive interface with mobile-friendly design.
• Smooth scrolling and animation for a modern and approachable user experience.
• Set up editable content blocks to allow the HR team to update job posts easily.
• Clean, semantic code for better search engine indexing.
• Optimized image loading and fast performance across devices.
